Judging happens on Awardee. Everything said around it happens on CommsOperator.
An awards programme is mostly communication: invitations, reminders, sponsor conversations, entrant support. Awardee scores the entries. CommsOperator carries the rest, in a workspace of its own, under the same approval rules as every other brand on the instance.
Awardee is a Tech Family Ventures platform on which organizations run their own professional awards programmes, and the awards backend for the Global AI Builders Cup pitch competition. Judging and scoring happen on Awardee. The communications around a programme run on CommsOperator: chat, feedback, and roadmap widgets on awardee.org, and a workspace for programme, jury, sponsor, and entrant conversations.

The situation
Every awards programme talks to four audiences at once: entrants, jury, sponsors, press. Each has different questions, different deadlines, and a different reason to write in. A scoring platform is the wrong place to answer them, and a plain mailbox loses them.
What is live
- Answers on the site (Widgets). The unified launcher opens chat, feedback, and roadmap on awardee.org, so entrants and organizers get answers from the programme FAQ and can vote on platform improvements.
- A workspace for the programme (Shared inbox, CRM, Campaigns). Awardee's own communications run in one CommsOperator workspace, ready for jury recruiting, entrant reminders, and sponsor pipelines as programmes come online.
- The Global AI Builders Cup. A joint competition across Tech Family Ventures brands uses Awardee for entries and judging and CommsOperator for the judge and sponsor outreach around it.
