A spreadsheet of up to 500 rows imports with column mapping and duplicate handling, and every row lands or none do. AI turns a project description into a first-draft plan you edit. Spreadsheet import
Import up to 500 tasks from CSV, TSV, TXT, or XLSX and every row lands or none do, never half a board. Columns map themselves, missing custom fields are created, duplicates are skipped or updated, and you preview before anything is written.
AI planning
Describe the project and get a first-draft board with tasks, subtasks, phases, and timeline estimates to edit before you save.
Automation rules
When this happens, do that, without a person. Feedback arrives, a roadmap item changes, or a task moves: assign it, tag it, notify Teams, or create the follow-up.
Governed work
A private product roadmap where a person sets priority, one accountable owner is named, work is dispatched on approval, and the result is accepted at the end. Teams is the discussion surface, so decisions happen where the team already talks.

Limits, stated plainly
What this module does not do today, and what to do about it. If one of these is a blocker, you know before you commit, not after.
- Rule-based automations are the supported path today. The visual multi-step workflow builder is in early access, so build on rules when it needs to hold.
- Gantt views and resource forecasting are not offered. If portfolio-level capacity planning is the job, keep the tool that does it.

Can we replace Monday.com or a spreadsheet?
For operations boards with custom fields, statuses, owners, and dates, yes. WomenTech Network runs its conference operations on CommsOperator tasks after moving 328 tasks from Monday.com. Portfolio-level resource planning is not something we offer.
Can the AI plan work without a person?
It drafts. AI planning turns a project description into tasks, subtasks, phases, and estimates as a proposal you edit before saving. Automation rules then run on their own, but only the rules a person wrote.
