CommsOperator gives each brand one workspace with eight modules that share one data model: a shared inbox for Gmail or Microsoft 365, a CRM with pipelines, AI agents with three autonomy levels, help center portals, embeddable website widgets, task boards with automations, and appointments with meeting transcripts. Microsoft 365 workspaces can also run campaigns and newsletters behind an approval queue; Gmail campaign sending is not supported today. The contact who wrote to the inbox is the same contact in the CRM and the campaign. Every module obeys the same roles and audit log, and each brand's campaigns share that brand's suppression list.

Shared inbox for Gmail and Microsoft 365 teams

Every mailbox, Teams thread, LinkedIn Page message, and web chat your brand answers from, in one queue with an owner, a status, and AI that sorts it before you open it.

Direct Gmail mailbox sync. Authorize one named Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox through Google OAuth.
Microsoft 365 mailbox sync. New mail is in the shared queue within seconds of reaching the mailbox.

Where we say no

Gmail connects directly through Google OAuth one mailbox at a time. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, X, Telegram, and SMS are not offered, and unattended LinkedIn automation never will be. Every module page states its own limits in the same plain words, so you find them before procurement does.
