Is data really isolated between brands?
Yes. Every record carries its workspace, and workspace members only see the workspaces they belong to. Data moves between workspaces only when someone imports it on purpose.
For the operator answering five brands from five tabs, the tab-switching stops. Each brand keeps its own inbox, CRM, and campaigns, the team keeps one login, and nobody runs a separate shared-inbox tool per brand again.
CommsOperator treats each portfolio brand as an isolated workspace with its own mailboxes, contacts, pipelines, help center, and members, on one instance with one login. A small team switches between brands without switching tools, and the same opt-out, approval, and audit rules apply everywhere. Tech Family Ventures runs 24 brand workspaces on one instance, which is where the multi-brand model comes from.
Data, members, and settings are isolated per brand; a member of one workspace cannot see another. The same operator switches between them with one login.
One approval from IT connects every Microsoft 365 mailbox in that tenant, and shared mailboxes are assigned to the right brand workspace.
Pipelines, sequences, newsletters, and help centers per brand, with the same approval queue, opt-out rules, and audit log everywhere, so governance does not depend on which brand you happen to be in.
Each new product site posts its early-access form into its own workspace, so the studio sees demand per product from the first signup. Four Tech Family Ventures product sites run this today, verified end to end.
Authorized AI agents read roadmap and feedback through a scoped MCP server, with permissions you control, and a person still approves every draft and accepts every result.
The operator answering five brands from five tabs, whether a studio partner or a founder running several companies, and the head of portfolio operations who has to see across all of them
Nine product workspaces on one instance. Each launch gets early-access capture, a booking link, a private roadmap, and agent-readable feedback on day one.
Three contact databases and 97 web forms became one CRM of 222,000+ people. Member support, sponsor sales, newsletters, and the conference now run from one workspace.
An executive network's newsletter, event follow-ups, and site widgets, in a workspace sealed off from the fund that shares its name.

Those tools keep the CRM, campaigns, and help center in other products. CommsOperator includes all of them in every workspace, with AI usage counted against a plan allowance you can see, not a surprise invoice.
Not for the inbox yet. Mailboxes connect through Microsoft 365 today; Gmail is on the roadmap and we will say when it ships. A brand on Google Workspace can still use the CRM, newsletters, and help center, but the shared inbox and sequences need a Microsoft 365 mailbox.
Access is by request. Tell us what breaks first in your week and a person will say whether CommsOperator fixes it today or not yet.
