Launch a product, get a workspace, see demand the same day

A studio launches products faster than it can staff communications for them. Tech Family Ventures gives every product the same rails on day one: lead capture, inbox, feedback, roadmap, and governed agents, each in its own workspace on the instance that runs all 24 brands.

Tech Family Ventures builds software products in a studio model and gives each its own CommsOperator workspace on one shared instance. Persynta, Narristry, Evidraft, and PitchBlueprint capture early-access signups through the public leads API, verified end to end in July 2026. TermsForward takes access requests through a booking link. Tallocate keeps a private product roadmap with a person setting priority and accepting each item. LinkedMind feeds LinkedIn profiles into contacts, Qoralytics supplies call and sales context, and Qoraix executes governed work, each over an authenticated connection.

The situation

Nine products at nine different stages, each needing an early-access form, a feedback loop, a roadmap, and somebody to answer the inbox. Setting that up per product with separate tools meant nine subscriptions, nine opt-out lists, and nine security postures to keep straight.

What each product gets on day one

  1. A sealed workspace. Its own members, mailboxes, contacts, and settings; nothing shared with the other products unless imported.
  2. Demand you can see (CRM). An early-access form on the product site posts to the workspace's signed leads endpoint and becomes a lead, a contact, a company, and an in-app notification, with no email address ever exposed on the page.
  3. A feedback loop (Widgets). Feedback board, roadmap, and changelog widgets, plus the Chrome extension so the team can comment on the live product.
  4. Governed agents (AI agents, Tasks and automations). Authorized assistants read feedback and roadmap items through the MCP server, and cross-brand work runs through Flight Deck with a human accepting each result.

Why one instance

One instance means one security posture, one suppression policy, one approval model, and one set of release notes across every product. It also means the platform's own operators feel every rough edge first, which is the point of running your own brands on it.

Run your brands the same way

One workspace per brand, one subscription, and by default nothing the AI drafts leaves without a person approving it.
