CommsOperator is in private beta. A person reads every request and you hear back either way. If it fits, you get an invite link and, for enterprise requests, a named onboarding owner. If it does not, you get a straight answer and, where we can, a pointer to something that fits better.
What happens next
- 1A person reads your request and checks it against what the product does today, including the channels it does not support yet.
- 2If it fits, you get a single-use invite link, valid for 14 days, and an onboarding session where we connect your first Microsoft 365 mailbox together. Triage runs on the first sync.
- 3Enterprise requests get the procurement pack: the DPA, the subprocessor list, and the pre-answered security questionnaire, plus a quote for your size and region.
- 4If it does not fit yet, for example a Google Workspace mailbox or single sign-on today, we say so plainly and keep your request for when it does.
Who it fits today
Teams answering for several brands or audiences from Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with a CRM, campaigns, and help centers to bring under one roof. Not yet: Google Workspace mailboxes, teams that need single sign-on or multi-factor authentication today, and WhatsApp-first support. The trust center lists every control with its real status.
Shared instance in Germany by default; dedicated instances in the EU or the US for enterprise
