Eight brands, one instance, every number real

These are Tech Family Ventures' own brands, told in numbers and decisions rather than quotes: a community with 222,000+ contacts, a conference selling sponsorship, a venture fund, an events platform, an awards platform, a training programme, and a studio of software products. One instance, 24 workspaces.

CommsOperator runs communications for Tech Family Ventures' own portfolio, and these are the only customers we publish: WomenTech Network and its global conference, AI Builders Network and its October 2026 conference, the Chief in Tech executive network and the Chief in Tech Capital venture fund, the EventHash event platform, the Awardee awards platform, the DevOps Academy training programme, and a studio of software products. Together they are 24 brand workspaces on one instance, 227,000+ contacts, 11,800+ deals, and 40+ connected Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Each story is told in numbers and decisions, not in quotes.

Why every story here is one of our own brands

CommsOperator was built inside Tech Family Ventures to run its own communications and opened a private beta for external customers in August 2026. Publishing the portfolio shows daily use at scale; it is not a claim about external adoption. There are no external customer stories yet. When there are, they will be published with the customer's permission, with their numbers and none invented.

Add your brands to the list

Tell us what you run. A person reads every request and replies with whether it fits. Private beta, no self-serve.
