Programme communications with the paper trail a funder expects
A funded programme reports on deliverables and partner acceptance, and the evidence usually lives in someone's inbox. DevOps Academy runs its newsletter, deliverable tracking, and site support on one workspace, so reporting is a query rather than a search.
DevOps Academy is an Erasmus+ funded training programme run by Tech Family Ventures. Its CommsOperator workspace publishes the programme newsletter, five editions since December 2025, tracks partner deliverables with acceptance checkpoints on the task board, and runs chat, feedback, and roadmap widgets on devops-academy.eu. A funded programme has to show evidence of delivery; the task board and the contact timeline provide it without a separate reporting exercise.

The situation
Erasmus+ funding comes with obligations: deliverables, partner sign-off, and proof of both. With learners, partners, and the programme office writing into the same inbox, acceptance was something you inferred from a message thread rather than something you could show.
What changed
- The newsletter (Campaigns). The programme series runs from CommsOperator with its archive and per-edition metrics.
- Deliverables with a named acceptance (Tasks and automations). A task board holds the current funded-programme deliverable and its partner-acceptance checkpoint. Acceptance is recorded by a named person, not inferred from a message.
- Support on the site (Widgets). Chat, feedback, and roadmap widgets for learners and partners on devops-academy.eu.
The result
Five newsletter editions since December 2025, one workspace for programme, partners, and learners, and a deliverable record a funder can read without anyone assembling it by hand.
