CommsOperator publishes its complete legal set so you can read the contract before the call: terms of service, a privacy policy, a GDPR data processing addendum with Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, the subprocessor list, an acceptable use policy, a cookie notice, an AI transparency statement, the service level framework used in enterprise order forms, and a responsible disclosure policy. Every document names WomenTech LLC, a Delaware company, as the contracting entity, and the privacy policy names Ivo Radulovski as the representative under GDPR Article 27.
